Advice and ecological input to HRA screening and appropriate assessment, including evaluation of potential impacts on European designated sites (SPA, SAC and Ramsar), identification of likely effects and development of avoidance and mitigation measures.

Preparation of habitat and landscape management plans and strategies, including Countryside Stewardship and other agri-environment schemes. Services include contract preparation, cost estimation and supervision.

Design and delivery advice for habitat creation, enhancement and restoration, including compensation habitats and protected species translocation. We provide guidance on appropriate techniques and long-term management objectives.

We provide River Corridor Assessment (RCA) by qualified Assessor who holds River Corridor Survey (RCS) certification, enabling us to deliver professional assessments of river and riparian habitats in line with recognised industry standards.

Preparation of ecology reports for BREEAM, including site inspections and advice on achieving and maximising ecology credits in line with BRE guidance, both pre- and post-construction.
